We don't store sensitive data any more than is absolutely necessary.
We don't build personal request histories. Requests are processed to return the information you ask for. Limited operational information may be processed to keep the service secure and reliable, but we do not use it to build an individual travel profile.
Live Times Transit MCP usage is measured only in daily aggregates. We count the MCP method or known tool and whether it succeeded or failed. Those counters do not contain tool arguments, response bodies, IP addresses, user agents, account identifiers, or client identifiers, and expire after 90 days.
We don't store your location. When you're using the website, it will use your location to show nearby stations and provide directions, but we don't store your location or transmit it to any third parties.
We don't store your email address. When you send us an email, it is deleted 30 days after the support ticket is closed.
Crash reporting – if the website experiences any issues, it will send an anonymized report to Bugsnag, showing the browser and country in which the error occurred.
We continually review the third-party services we use to provide the best privacy experience. You are our customer. The best way to protect your data is not to store it at all.
