These terms apply to Live Bus Times, Live Train Times, and the Live Times Transit MCP server provided by TravelWhiz.
Departure times, service information, routes, and coverage may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always follow official operator notices and local safety guidance. Do not rely on Live Times for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
You may use the websites and read-only MCP tools for personal, informational, and compatible assistant workflows. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, evade rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, misrepresent the source of results, or use the service unlawfully.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, or changes in transit data sources. Access is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Transit information comes from public agencies and other providers identified on our Data Attribution page. Their own terms may also apply. Links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TravelWhiz is not liable for missed services, travel disruption, losses caused by inaccurate or unavailable information, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
